Hi there peeps. Update update naman sa buhay ni Sienna. Baket? Wala lang hehe :))
Last Monday, October 18, my college barkada for so many years, Anne Comia messaged me to confirm our much awaited dinner. May consult daw sha saken.. This dinner was set last Friday. But the strong winds of super typhoon Megi and the Malls' Sale left and right made got in the way of our much awaited "date". It was traffic din no. Hay. Anyway, they (Anne and her boyfriend) picked me up from hell, errrr sorry, from the OFFICE I mean. Then we went to Global Fushion office in Greenhills to drop off her boyfriend, Jayson. Then we drove our way off to the nearest chinese restaurant, Maki.
Menu please! :) (the semi-favorite part of mine during eat outs)
Okay so what do we have here... Yummy food!
Sana lang may mga restaurants na pwede i-convert ang regular iced tea to Refillable :)
Then came the food (my favorite part na) No pictures, sorry. Wala sa mood si Anne may sakit kase :(
Anyway, she said she just missed me. Kwentuhan lang. I told Anne that I'm having a hard time here. That I'm not happy anymore. Good thing about Anne, she really listened.
Anne told me she saw my posts (fb) before regarding what I feel... remember the post "I'm not happy anymore, I don't smile anymore....."
Anne told me, well, if you're not happy anymore then why prolong the agony.
By the time I heard that, parang may bell "TING!!!" This is it. I have to move on.
Why nga ba prolong the agony diba?
Later!

I was with TRACES Unlimited! Yeah!
It's already September 1! Merry Christmas!
When I turned on the tv to watch the news, they're already playing Christmas songs! Ahh.. Love it.
Well well well! As promised! I'll post some of the pics from our last gig. (Session with Traces Unlimited). But first, let's have a recap of what happend in our country these past few weeks.
* Rolando Mendoza's Hostage Taking Incident [August 23, Monday] - NO COMMENT
* Venus Raj, Miss Philippines-Miss Universe 4th Runner up. :) Proud of you! Don't worry about that Q & A
thing! President Obama can't answer that question either! I bet even Noynoy :) [August 24, Tuesday]
* Kenzoe's 6th birthday [August 24, Tuesday] My baby boy is still a baby boy! :)
Ok so going back to the gig last August 18..
I was really happy all my friends were there.. the Vaks, my best friend Rhey, sis, Divine my Hun, my father also went to watch kahit sandali lang hehehe, Ms. Malu! with her grand child, Rianne. :) Everybody had a good time! I was really happy they all went to see me :)
Pictures to follow. Can't upload, the picture size - too large hehe :)

One day in my life
The song playing in my mind right now is Jackson 5's One day in your life. Hehe. It's my life so I made it "One day in MY life" haha.
What to write? What to write! Hmm.
Well last night as I was preparing my stuff for the big gig later, I suddenly just got torn between 2 boots that is sooo perfect with my dress. So, I messaged Hunni asking her opinion on "what boots to wear". I gave her two choices. First is the brown one, which is my favorite coz it adds up a "rugged-like" attitude, and the 2nd one is the cream colored which I think, is very baby like-cheeky like. Her answer? "I would love to see you wearing the velvet one with heels. It's more classy than the brown one. The brown one looked rugged" Wala sa choices diba? hehe :) Sweet. I messaged her back defending the brown boots "E Hunni I want to look simple lang wag na mashado madrama I don't want to wear heels" She didn't messaged me back. I ended up choosing the brown boots, then I immediately packed it up inside my huge bag :)
PASS THE COFFEE PLEASE! I have to be awake! I'll be up 'til past midnight later! After the big event (the gig, that is) the Vakles is planning of going to Mister Kebab for some midnight snacks. I'm excited for that! :) No office tomorrow YIPEE! :) Tomorrow is Quezon City day you know :) Bonding time with the doggies is tomorrow's top priority :)
FACEBOOK update : Liked Backstreetboys page :) They're on the go again this time without Kevin Richardson. The eldest among the members. He left BSB year 2006 to focus more on his family and to do other stuff. Haha ang corny ko ba. Bakit ba eh favorite ko sila when I was in my elem years. Jan nga bumaba ang grades ko e haha! :)

Birthday Daddy
Hun's birthday last August 12 was a total blast. My tummy had the time of her life. The family had dinner at Saisaki. Then when we got home, Hun's friends were already waiting for her so I had to cook the spaghetti real quick. But it was yummy ha! Then Hun made her ever famous nachos. Ahh. To die for :) Then she had an extension of her bday last sunday, August 14. With relatives naman. Pics to follow! Niko's sooo lazy to copy pics e. Haha :)

July 16, 2010 : Friday
Hello.
I'm still here at the office. Oh how I wish this will be over.
What time is it? Ah. 5:11 in the afternoon. Late afternoon. Well sana, 6:30 na. For sure I'll be running home again.
What's with me this past week? I'll do the reminiscing randomly. Well, last Monday, we had an acoustic band practice at home.. Yes, Father said ok when I asked him if we could practice at home. No biggie. I was like, talaga ha :) The practice went on very smoothly. Except for some moments wherein my baby Chik would bark hard. I can't even hear Alpha's guitar anymore! Haha :D
This week, I was also able to update my BIR stat from "single" to "head of the family".
That's for personal exemptions. Well I don't want to elaborate further nakakasakit ng ulo ang laki ng tax!
My father and I bonded over Leonardo DiCaprio's movie, Shutter Island while waiting for our dinner courtesy of Max's. I ordered also for my dogs. They sooo love chicken :)
When the food arrived, I paused the movie muna then concentrated on the food. Ako pa. Sarap kayang kumain ;)
After we ate, we watched again. This time father was sleepy. But I begged him to finish the movie coz it's really good! I love the movie! (I saw it na actually with hun. I just wanted father to watch it) Leonardo was really good on this one. I can't wait 'till I see his other new movie, Inception. I've read that it's about dreams and stuff. Aw I love Leonardo DiCaprio! ;)
Then sometime this week; Ann, Romel and I went to Starbucks to grab some coffee and java chip chip. I was like "thank heavens! I'm finally home". Coffee calms my senses. As well as tea. But wait lang. Coffee or tea? I'd prefer both! Sometimes I consume too much coffee that I don't feel it's effects anymore. They say that coffee keeps you or makes you awake. Yes, true, in the mornings. But if late na, I became hyper. Parang baliw lang. Haha! And Hunni loves the effect kase napaka kulit ko na. Though she find it annoying sometimes, she'd still prefers that mood kesa naman tantraums ako the whole day. :)
This week din we all experienced the strong winds of typhoon Basyang. Grabe I was alone in the house with the doggies. Father had his gig kase that night. I was playing the keyboards, practicing the chords of "No Air" (of course, Boyce Avenue version) when the wind started to blew up like crazy. Chik is enjoying the cold winds. She even climbed up the sofa to feel it. Haha so cute :) While kenzoe, the suplado dog, was just dedma. Me naman I turned off the keyboards and headed to my room. Grabe lights were all flickering like mad. Come midnight, brownout na. And the brownout lasted for like 12 hours? Anyway, I hope everyone's safe.
Today, Friday, July 16, after office, will dine out with some friends. Ah. This is life :)
Mis you all!

The one that keeps me going.. The one I first think of everytime I'm down. I may not always show it but you know how much I love you.. :) Amisyou hunhun!

Teriyaki King
Since I wasn't really in a hurry to go home (I was told that it's raining) I asked my co-vakles if they want to hang out muna and have some dinner. Dian and Edgar has a scheduled date so they weren't able to join us.. So it was just me, Ann, Mike and Romel.
Today is payday. Yahoo! Why not splurge! :-) After all the asaran, (ni Romel kay Ann) and all the kalokohans, we ended up picking Teriyaki Boy as the venue for our dinner extravaganza. Playing while waiting..
The Vakles in action ------->
Here comes the menu...
Hmm.. I've just noticed that the waiters have now this weird looking hairstyles. Maybe to attract customers. It's cool though. Sorry no pictures of the waiters.. As we browsed on the menu for like 15 minutes (more than pa ata) we realized that Ann doesn't want to order anything except for her favorite mango shake. She doesn't want pala Japanese food. So she asked Romel to get her some fries from Burger King :-)
Okay so the fries came in first, then after 15 some minutes, our orders came. Hay super love it! After all the kwentuhan, finally, we all went quiet to enjoy our dinner.. Parang galit galit lang :-)
<----- Fries from burger King that was placed on the Maki plate after the maki was .
tortured
The perfect Dynamite rolls before it was tortured by the vakle intruders. ------------>
<----- My favorite Teriyaki Boy Chicken Ju
Bento box ni Mike when served. I was really laughing kase mukang laptop when it was still covered! ----><------- Romel enjoying his tonkantsu
After all the sooo noisy dinner, the waiter with this dreadlocks hairdo went up to us and gave us a survey form.. Hay.. We just answered nonsense :)
We left Teriyaki Boy still very noisy hehe.. It's okay, it was actually very noisy even before we got into our seats. There's a lot of people eating. As usual, I craved again for some coffee after the dinner but unfortunately, closed ang Starbucks. I dunno why!
But overall, we super love it! :-) We had some really great time ;-)

Dessert smiles at Ms. Polly's and Starbucks, Galleria
Aw.. desserts! I love it!
Me and co Vakle family (Dian, Edgar and Romel) went to Ms. Polly's (by accident) and Starbucks (by accident too) where we had our cakes and fraps. Ms. Polly's offers variety of to-die-for cakes and coffees. Their flagship store is luckily, located in Robinsons Galleria. While Starbucks, as we all know offers the best fraps.
We first went to Ms. Polly's to check out their cakes since it's our first time to try it. Hmmm, all their cake slices are good enough for 2 persons. Forgive me but what we ordered? I forgot. Look at the picture nalang and I'm pretty sure you'll feel the urge to go there :))
So we stayed at Ms. Polly's and since Starbucks is just there infront, why not go ang grab some coffee jelly huh? :))

Why nga ba by accident? Hmm. Secret :)
But we're sure we'll be back for more! :))

Welcome to my 2nd blog :)
Whoa wait, so where's the first one? Gone with the wind.
Ahh.. the feeling of blogging again! I had my first blog way back in 2005. Unfortunately I wasn't able to update it ever now and then cause of my busy sched. (Well, 'till now naman) I was in my 2nd year college then at St. Paul. So I was busy with all the school work, projects, baby thesis and with the Student Council where I served as an officer for 2 years.
The love for writing....
Nope. I'm not poetic. I'm just too imaginative that I put all my imaginations into writing. When I was in my elementary years, I've made stories written into my spare notebooks for my own reading pleasure. Yep, no one had ever seen it. Maybe I'm too shy for others to read it because of some wrong grammars and mushy stories. I believe I've still kept some of it in my room. Now my goal is to update this blog every one in a while... Haha!
Welcome to Sienna's crazy world!
Hugs,
Sien

Once upon a Brat...

Ladies and gents, my band... Bratinela. Woohoo! Perfect name! I love it. :-) "Good evening everyone, we're Bratinela, and I'm the spoiled brat..." Yeah perfect nga talaga haha!
Names issues :
The first time we got together (with different members pa before) we're named as "Sienna's Cannabis". Eeew huh? Second name was "Sienna Side Up" parang itlog lang haha! Funny no? Gawin bang itlog :-) This lasted for like 1 month before the new and final name: Bratinela.
First few months before the "Big Name" :
Before we finally settled for Bratinela, we, Eric, hun, and I were brainstorming 'bout what to name the band. Eric wanted a "femme sounding" name so that the audience will know agad that the vocalist is a "she"... Weird names like "Maldita", "Suplada" were thrown in the air. Actually, even "Bratinela" but we just shrugged it off and little did we know that we'll finally settle with "Bratinela".
I'm proud of my band!
Watch out for our gig scheds here @ http://lovesienna.blogspot.com/
